Taiji Fit

Taiji Fit combines the ancient art and wisdom of Tai Chi with present day fitness techniques. It is a mind/body workout that is new, exciting and infinitely powerful. This class is packed with benefits from emotional wellbeing, stress relief, toning the muscular skeletal system, developing balance, limb coordination, increased lung capacity, strengthen muscles, increase energy
levels, increase flexibility and so much more.

All of this is achieved through a sequence of choreographed rhythmic and synchronized movements taken from many styles of Tai Chi which are then performed in a flowing motion to powerful music.

Tai Chi for Arthritis

In 1997, Dr Paul Lam led a team of tai chi and medical specialists to create this program. It is easy, enjoyable and safe for people with arthritis to learn. Medical studies have shown the program to relieve pain for people with arthritis and improve their quality of lives, as well as preventing falls for the older adults.  For this reason, arthritis foundations around the world and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in America are giving it their full support.

Although especially effective for arthritis, it is a great start for beginner to improve health and wellness. The program is proven to be effective to prevent falls, that is why health departments around the world have utilized it for this purpose.

Taiji Moquan - The Mother Form

China’s rare Wudang Zhaobao He-style TaiJi form as it was taught to Tom by Master Zhongxian Wu. The roots of this style trace back to the Hidden Immortal Lineage. This is the first part of the full form, the MoQuan (or the Mother Form), which is a series of 8 movements. The entire form (75 movements) is segmented into 3 parts – Heaven, Human Being, and Earth and each movement is related with a hexagram of the YiJing (I Ching)
